FINO PayTech has employed close to 49000 people across 27 states, in more than 200000 villages and 499 districts in India where we have our footprint and business operations. The Human Resource mission has been integrated to our diversity and inclusion efforts. We act like a catalyst to increase employment across states contributing significantly to the overall skill enrichment target of the country.

At FINO PayTech, we believe in nurturing our talent across all levels, allowing employees to participate through our CEO connect forums, HR connect programs and other employee communication initiatives.

Our in-house skill development center has the capacity to train people across India by way of: on-the-job and web-based training modules.

FINO PayTech participated in The TA Leadership League Awards 2013, an initiative of People Matters and in association with CEB SHL (India) and PeopleStrong. People Matters is a leading knowledge and media platform in the Human Resources space. People Matters’ print, online, digital and events platforms provide thousands of HR stakeholders with information, best practices, trends and industry news. In a short span of 4 years, it has emerged as India’s single point of reference for knowledge in the HR industry. Outreach through multiple media platforms has enabled People Matters to create a growing community of 76,000 people.

As a part of the employer branding initiative and propelling FINO's brand equity, we competed with companies like HCL Technologies, TCS, Sapient Technologies, Bharti Airtel, Citibank; to name a few. We presented case studies and papers about our best practices in 3 award categories. The categories in which we participated were:

2. Best in Employer Branding
3. Best in Technology and Talent Analytics

Out of the 56 shortlisted applications, we stood 2nd among the 3 finalists in “Best in Technology and Talent Analytics Award” category.
