About this job

 Job Role: 
You will be the chief content strategist who would create and manage content for the financial assets of Finopaytech including the website, the mobile app and the exe based trading tool. The person will report to the DVP Training, will be part of the Training Team and is expected to do everything to ensure success from the content consumption and representation stand point!

Your content initiatives should ensure customer engagement and positive customer experience 



You will be responsible for developing, creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals
Conduct user tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and make recommendations based on those results
Identify the relevant content across the digital assets which users are interested in and come up with new & engaging content. Stay up-to date with developments and generate new ideas/ themes to draw audiences attention . 


Implementation and facilitation of Training Plans for the designated region

Ensure optimization of existing and new content based on the brand strategy and the design of the digital assets.
Support the Curriculum team in 
Content Creation and Ensure Employee Training Coverage as per defined levels.

Develop an editorial calendar and ensure team & content development is on track across the platform with detailing of content updation on live/daily/bi weekly/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly basis.
Ensure compliance (copyright, data protection)
Experience & Skills 
Awareness of Product, Process 
trainings in the Financial Services Industry highly preferred website in BFSI space
Degree in any field
Excellent writing skills in English
Familiarity with social media
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
Expertise in use of content management services (Adobe/ Google) or any specific CMS is highly preferred.
