Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the targets are met for the assigned geography
  • Managing the day to day activities of the sales force in order to implement the organization’s overall strategy for the assigned geography.
  • Ensuring that customer acquisition targets for both in-house and third party products such as current a/c savings a/c, WASA, Joint liability (JLG) loans, mutual funds, insurance etc. are met
  • Building a customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross sell/up sell FINO products as well as third party products
  • Responsible for ensuring that merchant appointment targets are met
  • Seeking new opportunities for expanding the market for overall business
  • Overseeing pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures.
  • Managing sales/transactions in the allotted area/geography
  • Ensuring smooth process flow for new customer enrollment at various rural merchant points as well as the branches

  • Responsible for growing customer base; consumer and business relationships through internal and external marketing programs, developing and growing business and consumer relationships.
  • Ensuring quick and seamless process for customers
  • Managing existing relationships and developing new relationships with customers
  • Managing escalations
  • Coordinating with bank branches as and when required
  • Ensuring highest level of confidentiality is maintained with all the information obtained
  • Overseeing roadshows and sales initiatives to mobilize customers to rural merchant points as well as the branches
  • Collaborate in the hiring, training and retention of staff
  • Responsible for P&L ownership of the cluster

Skills:

  • Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees, merchants.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills required to manage, motivate, and develop branch employees required.
  • This position requires a perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to make sound decisions. This may include making on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions; weighing customer satisfaction issues with the Bank exposure to loss or fraud and the ability to think through and rationalize decisions.
